Call for pottery & ceramics

As a part of The Great Wall of Stoke on Trent China program, we would like to invite everyone using clay as their main creative expression media to show and sell their work at the Spring Pop-Up POT Shop alongside with Burslem School of Art adult learners. The gallery/shop will be curated by Stephanie Holmes.

The Pop-up Pot shop is designed to engage people of all ages and experiences in the joy of creativity.

We would like to invite everyone to sell their creations in this one off pottery venture, from students to professional full time potters and ceramicists and those who just share a love of clay.

Conditions:

·         Up to 5 pieces per artist

·         The launch is Saturday 24 March 11am - 3pm as part of the Great Wall of Stoke on Trent China Family Learning day

·         A sales commission of 20% (which includes VAT) will be taken from the selling price, If the work is not for sale, please mark NFS and note an insurance value (essential).

·         Please label your work clearly, including your contact details.

·         Please provide the following information with your artwork :

1.       Artist or company name

2.       Artwork title

3.       Price inc.20% commission

4.       If NFS Value

5.       Contact details

Work delivery:

You can deliver direct to Burslem School of Art  between 13 – 22 March (inclusive)

Monday to Friday 9am-6pm, or if you can only deliver your artwork at out of the normal working hours, please call to arrange the date and the time suitable to you.
